Service Description

Individualized 55 minute assessment of posture, movement, strength, mobility, and any restrictions in joints and connective tissue. We set up a plan for treatment as well as self care strategies to improve sport/activity specific mobility. We work to address your needs and goals as the primary focus of the treatment incorporating lifestyle, nutrition, and daily habits to improve your outcome.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an appointment, please email us at stephaniemuntzer421@gmail.com. We require 24 hours advanced notice for cancellation. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a 75$ cancellation fee.
