Service Description

60 minute one-on-one treatment includes a combination of manual physical therapy to address connective tissue and joint mobility restrictions as well as functional management of posture, strength and flexibility. This is done in the context of your activities, sport or work related needs. Treatment may also include neuromuscular education for motor relearning, therapeutic exercise, self care strategies to address your issues, nutritional recommendations as they relate to musculoskeletal function, and home program recommendations that you can use to help improve.

Cancelation Policy

To cancel an appointment, please email us at stephaniemuntzer421@gmail.com. We require 24 hours advanced notice for cancellation. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a 75$ cancellation fee.
