Service Description
This 55 minute consult is used to discuss your case, screen symptoms, direct you to services, and make recommendations for providers, lifestyle management or nutritional support. This can be done in person or with telehealth. This is not considered a physical therapy evaluation or treatment but it provides you the direction to appropriately obtain care and services and how to locate providers and support to improve your health.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel an appointment, please email us at stephaniemuntzer421@gmail.com. We require 24 hours advanced notice for cancellation. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a 75$ cancellation fee.
